Junior Project Executive for our Set-up team with English
Customer experience is important for all companies and we have passion for it. Global Support Centre (GSC) is new division inside IPSOS, based in Prague and dedicated to monitoring and management of customer experience via mystery shopping and its application. The goal of GSC is to support individual IPSOS countries (including Czech Republic) in mystery shopping project management. For this team we are looking for:
Junior Project Executive for our Set-up team with excellent English - Full-time position
The main goal of this position is the setting of our system for data collection and the support of all of the other Ipsos countries in this process. The Set-up team is also in daily communication with the Operation teams that are responsible for the data collection and, based on their needs, it creates specifications for the developments of our system for data collection and manages the implementation of the changes.

What we expect:
- Completed secondary education (university degree is a benefit), having attended preferably Marketing, Communication related courses
- Experience in project management work is a benefit
- Position is suitable for absolvents
- Excellent English language skills – writing and speaking
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Power Point)
